This document is a legal and binding contract between Stacey Fish (Iqaluk Kennels), hereby referred to as the Seller and _________________________, hereby referred to as the buyer.  Buyer agrees to pay the price named prior to delivery.  Payments or deposits from the buyer are non refundable once received by the seller.  If the buyer wants the puppy shipped by air, the shipping cost stated above must be paid in full to the seller by the time the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age.  The puppy will not be shipped until the shipping cost is received by the seller.  The puppy will only be shipped by the seller when weather permits as stated by the airline chosen by the seller to transport the puppy.  If the airport chosen by the buyer cannot receive the puppy due to weather or any other reason, the buyer must choose a different airport for the puppy to be shipped to.  The seller chooses the date and time that the puppy will be transported by land or air.  The above named puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming when the buyer receives it.  The buyer should take the puppy to a vet within 3 days of receiving it so the vet can recommend future vaccinations, heart worm prevention, flea and tick prevention, etc.  Failure to do so will make this contract null and void.  Seller is not responsible for any expenses pertaining to the puppy, including vet or shipping costs.  Puppy price does not include shipping, crate or accessories and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  The seller is not responsible for the behavior of the puppy. If the puppy is sold with limited registration, the puppy must be spayed or neutered by the buyer’s veterinarian with written proof from the buyer’s vet given to the seller within one year from the date of purchase.
